Dull, Stained VCT Flooring

Hudson Valley property owners contacted us because their VCT flooring had become dull, stained, and unattractive. We consulted with them and determined that the damage was not deep enough to require a full chemical stripping, but it definitely needed some professional attention.

Our VCT Restoration Process

First, we cleaned the floor using a high quality professional neutral floor cleaner and a high-speed rotary floor machine mounted with a melamine floor pad. Once the marks and stains were gone, we applied a finish and used used a burnishing pad to restore the shine and help protect the finish from future damage. We repeated this process several times until the desired level of reflectivity was achieved.
